The University of Notre Dame Mass Spectrometry & Proteomics Facility, MSPF, provides modern instrumentation and expertise for mass spectrometric and chromatographic analyses. MSPF receives samples from Notre Dame researchers and external academic and industry sources. 

MSPF is a designated Indiana CTSI Core Facility. ctsi_icon

 

MSPF has partnered with the Center for Environmental Science and Technology and Innovation Park to provide quality analytical support through the acquisition of state-of-the-art mass spectrometers and chromatographs.
